2/6/2010
Hung five-wide and challenged the entire length of the stretch, Hidden Brook farm and sales graduate Musket Man boosted his earnings to $923,600, with a tenacious victory in the $75,000 Super Stakes at Tampa Bay Downs.
Making his first start since running third in the Preakness-G1, Musket Man was the crowd's heavy favorite, and boosted his record to six wins and three thirds in nine starts. He was foaled, raised and sold as a yearling by Hidden Brook.
Congratulations to owner Eric Fein, trainer Derek Ryan, and breeders Jim E. Nelson and Sergio de Sousa.
