Hidden Brook Farm Fireworks at OBS April Sale

Hidden Brook Farm sold a pair of juveniles for over half a million dollars during the first two days of the OBS April Two-Year-Old in Training sale.

Late in Session 1, C R K Racing was the winning bidder at $675,000 on Hip #300, a filly by Constitution who breezed :21.1 the previous week. She is out the Stakes-placed Quality Road mare Quality Heat, a full sister multiple Graded Stakes winner/Grade-placed Frank Conversation.

Early in Session 2, Hip #373, a colt by Horse of the Year Knicks Go, commanded a final bid of $585,000 from the powerful partnership of D. J. Stable LLC & West Point Thoroughbreds. Out of the black type-producing Indian Charlie daughter Sassy Ali Joy, the colt was bred by John Gardiner and was foaled and raised at Hidden Brook Farm in Paris, Kentucky.

Both hips were prepped for success at Hidden Brook Florida.
